The Serial Buffer must be used on the Mini Commander EX when being installed in a dummy unit with a Railsounds Sound Kit.
May also be used with the Cruise M when used with a IR Tether. Not always needed with the Cruise M. We suggest that you try it without the Serial Buffer first.
